Pickup method

There are 3 self-pickup points in Hong Kong:

The company will try its best to deliver the goods within 7 working days after receiving the confirmation order, but it is subject to whether the company has sufficient stock.

We will notify you of the estimated delivery date by email.

The company will process your confirmed order as soon as possible, but please note that due to many factors, we cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the specified time.

These factors include: Some countries take weeks to inspect parcels or parcel delivery can be delayed due to Christmas, New Years or other holidays.
Please note that local courier (SF Express Co., Ltd.) also only delivers during office hours.

After ordering the product, we will send you the mailing number and online tracking order URL by email, so that you can check the delivery progress anytime, anywhere. Customers can also log in to their Green Cross account to check the order status.

Green Cross is committed to providing the best service to our customers. If you have any dissatisfaction with the purchased Green Cross products, please call our customer service hotline at 852-6571 0922 or email to [email protected] within 7 working days from the delivery date.
The company will arrange to replace the goods according to the situation, or arrange a refund after deducting the postage.

Return and Exchange Instructions - Online Store Only

Return and Exchange Arrangements (applicable to Hong Kong)

Green Cross online shop service is professional and discreet, and will ensure that the product is of good quality before the order is sent; however, the product may be damaged during delivery, and we will arrange to ship the product again without additional shipping charges. Therefore, after receiving the goods, please check whether the goods are complete. It is recommended that customers directly reject the goods in question to the dispatcher present, and must keep the order email for records.

Exchange/Return Process

Please clearly take pictures of the problem with the item and explain the reason for the return, together with the order number and item name, email to [email protected] to apply for a return, and specify "Greencross Online Shop" as the subject of the email. Make sure the return process goes smoothly. When we confirm that the return and exchange conditions are met, you will receive a reply confirmation and an email explaining the return and exchange process before returning the goods to us. Please return the return with our confirmation email. Customers must pay the full shipping fee for all returned items after confirmation of receipt.

Undeliverable orders: Some orders will be due to unknown delivery address, PO Box, hotel address, multiple deliveries but no delivery, recipient's contact number is unavailable, recipient refuses to pay tax/rejection Provided ID/Failed to declare the shipment or rejected the package by the recipient. When we receive the returned package, the original shipping fee, handling fee and 10% of the total product will be deducted from the refund as the return order processing fee, and the remainder will be processed according to the "Refund Policy". We can re-ship the returned package for the customer, but the customer will need to pay the shipping cost for the re-shipment.

In case of any disputes, Green Cross reserves the right of final decision.

3) When you apply for or use our membership card or participate in any of our membership or promotional programs;

5) When you participate in any survey or marketing campaign;
6) When you log in to visit our website, use our mobile application or browse any of our social media pages;
7) When you use WiFi services in our stores or events;
8) When you contact us in person, via phone, email or any social media platform to inquire or provide information;
9) When confirming your identity;
10) When you subscribe to our marketing or promotional materials. You may choose not to provide us with the requested personal information, but if you choose not to, we may not be able to provide you with our products, services or offers, or you may not be able to log in to our platform or use certain features. You have the right to request us to provide personal data about you and to correct, update or delete such data.

7. CCTV
CCTV is installed in our shop for security reasons. Information obtained from CCTV will only be used in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and will not be retained for longer than is actually necessary.

8. Information shared and how to share
We may disclose or transfer your personal data to Green Cross Great Health Co., Ltd. or any third-party service provider or business partner locally or abroad on a limited disclosure basis for certain purposes. If you want to transfer personal data abroad, we will protect your personal data by contract or other suitable measures, and cross borders with a standard no lower than that of your jurisdiction and in accordance with the data protection laws of your jurisdiction. The mechanism of data transfer uses your personal data for the purpose.

We may also disclose or transfer your personal data elsewhere as required by law or regulation or as necessary to protect our interests (where permitted by law), such as to insurance companies for possible claims.

We also reserve the right to transfer your personal data in connection with any merger, annexation or corporate reorganization (where permitted by law).

9. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you or to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. We will not delay without undue delay and will comply with your request within the time limits of the personal data laws in your jurisdiction (subject to any extensions we may allow by law). 10. Retention of Personal Data
From time to time, we will review the personal data in our possession. We will not retain your personal data for longer than the time required to complete the purpose. Except as permitted by relevant laws and regulations, we will delete the personal data that has completed the purpose as soon as possible within a reasonable time.

We will permanently delete your personal data after the retention period expires, but some of your personal data will still be stored in our system, such as data waiting to be overwritten. These data can no longer be used for our purposes, in other words, even if the data exists in an electronic system, it cannot be requested or used again by our employees.

We cannot separate the age of persons using this website. If a minor (as required by applicable law) provides us with personal data without the consent of a parent or guardian, the parent or guardian should contact us to delete the minor's customer data.
